What is the delivery timeline for domestic orders?
Domestic orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days. During sale periods or new collection launches, delivery may take up to 7 to 10 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that custom duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if they are unused, have all tags attached, and are accompanied by the original invoice. We do not offer cash refunds unless the product is found to be faulty.
How should I care for my COCO garments?
We recommend dry cleaning for all our formal and semi-formal wear. For everyday cotton items, a gentle hand wash in cold water is advised to maintain the fabric's integrity and color.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders, as well as all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, for both local and international transactions.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, no changes can be made.
