At COCO by Zara Shahjahan, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase by offering a seamless exchange process for products that meet our quality and hygiene standards. Customers may exchange unused items with original tags within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged or incorrectly sized.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issues or request an exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all COCO by Zara Shahjahan tags intact for a successful verification.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup or Shipping

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will collect the item from your doorstep, or you may be asked to ship it back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Processing Exchange

  After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a store credit or dispatch your replacement garment within 7 to 10 business days.
